Caring For Your Hammock
If you treat your hammock with kindness and respect, it will last you for many years.
Please avoid having any sharp object in your pants, pockets or jackets when using your hammock as the parachute material may tear. Also avoid smoking in your hammock as embers from a cigarette can burn a hole in the parachute material. There are very few materials that are completely impermeable to the sun. We do not recommend leaving you hammock exposed permanently to the sun as over time your hammock will fade and the material may weaken.
All Hammock Bliss hammocks are machine washable and dryable. The Ultralight, Single, Double, Triple hammocks and Sleep Sack may be washed along with your clothes and can be dried in the machine or on a line. The Mosquito Free, No-See-Um No More and Net Cocoon should be washed in the machine separately in a mild detergent. These netted hammocks should be dried separately in the dryer or hang them to dry on the line.
Be sure to tied off the ends of the rope before you wash your hammock so that the ropes do not pull through. If a rope is separated from your hammock for any reason, simply thread it back through the loop at each end of the hammock.

Expedited US shipping goes out USPS Express Mail which is normally a 1 to 2 day service. We always make a special effort to process and ship our Expedited orders as fast as humanly possible.
Standard Shipping to Canada and select European countries goes out USPS First Class Mail International.
Expedited Shipping To Canada and select European countries goes out USPS Express Mail or DHL Express which are fully trackable services.
For shipping to any other country, we have partnered with BundleBox to fulfill your order. BundleBox provides our international customers with their very own permanent US shipping address. Once you get your own US shipping address at BundleBox we will ship your Hammock Bliss order to BundleBox's distribution center for export to your country. Returns & Warrantee
We want you to love your hammock as much as we love making them. If you receive a damaged item please contact us by phone or email so we can arrange to replace it. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us first for a return authorization. We are happy to accept returns of any unused item within 10 days of your purchase. Once you have received your return authorization you may ship back item to us. We will credit your card for the cost of your purchase less the original shipping charges.
Hammock Bliss guarantees all of our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one years from the original sales date. We are happy to exchange any defective item for a new one. We do not warrantee sun damage so if you want to leave your hammock exposed to the sun please purchase the Hammock Bliss Sun Shield. Please contact us with any warrantee issue and you can rest assured that we will look after you in a speedy, kind and professional manner.
